Interior design and sustainable architecture
We help you define the space you need through different services that orbit around interior design.
These are some of them.
Interior architecture
We design projects that promote the wellbeing of the people who are going to live in them by applying our knowledge of neuroarchitecture and biohabitability. We start with the stories of our clients and create a preliminary project that adapts to their needs and budget. After this first phase, we work on the project applying our knowledge by carrying out a study of the distribution of spaces and furniture. We complement our project with the decoration.
We also take care of the selection and tendering of the builder, the site management and the construction management. Controlling at all times the times and the budget until the delivery of the project made reality.
3D visualisation
In Adjetivo Studio we know that the best way to imagine a space is to see it. We make it possible thanks to 3D visualisation programmes, we work on modelling, lighting, texturing and materials both indoors and outdoors.
Neuroarchitecture consultancy
We analyse all types of spaces, assessing the impact they have on people’s physical and emotional health, and advise on how to enhance the wellbeing, health and harmony of these places.
Geobiology Consulting
We carry out complete studies of the house looking for electromagnetic fields, toxics and the alterations of the subsoil to which it is exposed. Once carried out, we deliver the report and the plans with the conclusions.
We also carry out express geo-environmental studies, ideal for making the decision to buy or rent a property.
Architectural photography
We put our artistic sensibility at the service of your space, capturing its best version through exterior and interior photography.
Branding
We help you develop the brand and visual identity of the space you are creating. From the conceptualisation to the definition of the elements of the identity: logo, colours, typographies or visual codes.
At Adjetivo Studio we firmly believe that the spaces we inhabit are capable of helping us to find our physical and mental balance. That is why we design unique interiors that favour the wellbeing and quality of life of the people who live in them.
These are the foundations on which our understanding of interior architecture is based.
01 Neuroarchitecture
Neuroarchitecture seeks to understand the relationship between the brain and the built environment. It aims to understand what reactions are produced in our body when we interact with a certain space, such as breathing, walking, thinking or feeling.
The aim is to study the impact that architecture has on the development of our central nervous system in order to create spaces that favour our cognitive, physical and emotional activity. Connecting neurosciences, architecture and users allows us to build environments that take into account the progress of our brain, body and emotions.
Environments that enhance the well-being of those who are going to live in them, facilitating balance, boosting concentration and creativity. Spaces, in short, that take care of us.
02 Biohabitability
Biohabitability is about the health of a space to be inhabited and seeks to improve the quality of life of the people who live in it by assessing the different health risk factors in the environment.
It is mainly based on geobiology, the science that studies the energies that come from the earth and our environment and how they affect our bodies.
Geobiological studies take into account natural and man-made factors, detect the existence of telluric and geophysical disturbances and carry out, among others, environmental measurements of radioactivity levels.
These studies provide us with very useful information when it comes to distributing the spaces and locating the different rooms in the optimum areas.
Given that 85% of our time is spent inside buildings, bio-inhabitability contributes to a healthy life in buildings.
03 Sustainability
We know that sustainable spaces not only take care of the environment, but also take care of the people who live in them. That is why we are committed to designing environments that have a low environmental impact.
We do this by improving the energy efficiency of these places, looking for solutions that help us save energy.
We design efficient spaces where the reduction of indoor pollutants, the improvement of air quality, lighting and thermal comfort are fundamental.
The materials we use in our projects are also key. We are committed to local, sustainable and organic materials and we take into account their production process and life cycle to minimise waste.
We believe that sustainable spaces must be designed to last, which is why we think of flexible solutions that can mutate over time.
04 Accessibility
We understand accessibility as a universal tool capable of making life easier for everyone; the mechanism that allows us to build a world in which it is easier to live.
For this reason, it is one of our maxims when designing and developing any project.
We work on accessibility from three perspectives: cognitive, physical and sensory, seeking to accompany, guide, facilitate and make orientation and movement in the places we design more pleasant.
We believe in design for all, that which makes getting to the room you are looking for as intuitive as possible, that which overcomes physical or sensory barriers, making spaces accessible to anyone.
